ICCF-US 2023-4 Rating List Top 50 List

Using the 2023-4 ICCF ELO Rating List, in effect for the period from October 1, 2023 until December 31, 2023, Bob Rizzo, ICCF-US Titles Officer has compiled the latest ICCF-US Top 50 Rated Active Players list.

Please Note: 2023-4 ratings are calculated according to the new rating rules, and in many instances those formulae generated larger changes than would have been expected from the old methodology. To account for the large percentage of draws, the new system awards wins to a much greater extent. Whereas the old rating system would change a typical rating by approximately 5 rating points for a win, instead some players will benefit by as much as 25 points or more. The amount of change is influenced by the new RD factor that is now appears in the ratings list.

For 2023-4 we have 7! additions from the 2023-3 list.
